PREAMBLE

The Business Source License 1.1 (this "License") allows you to use the 
Licensed Work only in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

1. LICENSE GRANTS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. Non-Commercial Use Grant. The Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, 
non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide right to install, run, and use the 
Licensed Work solely for personal, educational, and other non-commercial 
tabletop gaming activities within Foundry Virtual Tabletop.

1.2. No Modification. You are strictly prohibited from modifying, altering, 
adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Licensed Work. 
You must run the Licensed Work exactly as distributed by the Licensor.

1.3. No Commercial Use. Any commercial use of the Licensed Work is strictly 
prohibited. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
- Hosting paid games or offering paid GM services where this module is used.
- Bundling this module into any paid distribution, subscription, or service.
- Using this module to generate advertising or sponsorship revenue.

2. CHANGE TO MIT LICENSE

Effective on the Change Date, or upon an earlier date designated in writing by 
the Licensor, the Licensor hereby grants you a license to the Licensed Work 
under the Change License (MIT License). From the Change Date onward, the terms 
of this License shall no longer apply, and your rights to use, modify, and 
distribute the Licensed Work will be governed solely by the MIT License.

3. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the 
Licensed Work (including but not limited to any code, images, and text) remain 
the sole property of NickName and AwesomeStudio. You must retain all 
copyright notices intact on all copies of the Licensed Work.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE LICENSED
WORK.
